QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
MBtech Mühendislik ve Danışmalık Ltd. Şti. was founded in 2009 in Istanbul and is a fully-owned subsidiary of MBtech Group, which was initially founded in 1995 in Sindelfingen, Germany by Daimler AG to provide engineering services to the mobility sector.
In 2012, %65 of MBtech has been acquired by AKKA Technologies Group, a France-based global leader in engineering & consulting services. MBtech Group in itself has approximately 3,500 employees worldwide and is mainly catering services in Vehicle Engineering, Style and Design, Powertrain Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Solutions and Production Engineering. Today, MBtech Mühendislik ve Danışmalık Ltd. Şti. is the only official representation of AKKA Technologies Group in Turkey.
Predominantly active in the Automotive, Aviation, Railway, Defense and Energy sectors, AKKA Technologies reaches customers in over 5 continents with over 13.000 employees worldwide and is the main engineering partner of global industry leaders. With over 30 years of experience in engineering services, AKKA continues to be an R&D company where cross-sectoral experience turns into innovation and is embodied in new technologies.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completed degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering,
- Strong ability to cooperate and work in a team,
- Ability to integrate, analytical thinking and target oriented working skills,
- Aptness of learning a new software for development requirements,
- Good German and/or English skills in spoken and written,
- Effective communication skills and customer-oriented,
İŞ TANIMI
- Working in a harmony with the specified customer,
- Reading and understanding circuit schemes of the related electrics/electronics units,
- Designing the wiring harness installation according to the specified circuit schemes,
- Integrating wiring harness models from 3D data to 2D data,
- Choosing right materials and applications for implementation for the wiring harness,
- Ensuring coordination with supplier companies,
- Pursuing documentation and releasing stages for the wiring harness installation,
Preferred Candidate
Less than 10 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Student), Master’s(Graduate), Doctorate(Student)
English(Reading : Advanced, Writing : Advanced, Speaking : Advanced)
German(Reading : Good, Writing : Good, Speaking : Good)
