QUALIFICATIONS

  • University Degree, preferably in Business Administration or related fields
  • Very good command of written and spoken English,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in foreign trade company,
  • Experience in international trading operations : documentation, payment and delivery terms, (INCOTERMS) in international trade and logistics transactions,
  • Excellent use of MS Office programs and SAP,
  • Team worker with good human relations,
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving skills,
  • Self motivated, initiative skills, research and result oriented personality,
  • Ability to deal with stress and work with deadlines,
  • Adaptable for flexible working hours if needed,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.



JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Logistics operations of the realized contracts; follow up of all documentations of related LC’s,
  • Bargaining with the shipping agents or other service providers in order to minimize logistics costs,
  • Coordination of logistics according to contract conditions, with factories, suppliers, customers and/or warehouses,
  • Organizing inspection transactions,
  • Dealing with the customers for any operational concern when needed,
  • Preparing weekly and monthly export management reports (transport)
  • Daily checking all of the transport operations from the loading to the unloading point, 
  • Work with carriers to track shipment status and provide timely POD’s.
  • Assist with Logistics training as required
  • Manage the orders via their analysis, capture and monitoring. 
  • Manage client records in collaboration with the Export Managers.
  • Monitor international trade operations by completing administrative procedures related to export and also related to  the importing countries' current regulations.
  • Develop turnover within the client portfolio (promotions, reminders, alternative product suggestion, etc.).
  • Services existing accounts, prepares offers, obtains orders by planning and organizing daily work schedule together with the export team,
  • Finalizing all contracts and documentation needed for the deals.
  • Control of certification requirements & country regulations
  • Keep relation with other internal units to facilitate the best support to the customers, agents and dealers.
