We are looking for Sales and Service Advisor candidates to work at our Mecalac Izmir Facility

The Role 

Mecalac Service and Sales Advisor will meet customer, answers customer’s needs and questions and interact between Mecalac team and customer. They will be responsible for introducing excavator and loader range machines to customers and dealers. Also they meet customer with BHL dealer regarding BHL line. This position does not only covers technical abilities, but also requires strong level of customer communication skills. 

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls, emails and also welcome step in customers and address their needs with a high attention
  
• Document and record demands and issues systematically
  
• Present excavator and loader range in Kemalpasa premises by explaining design, service and warranty
  
• Follow media documents regarding Mecalac brand and forward them to relevant department
  
• Participate machine demonstration and introduce machine abilities to customer on functioning machine  
  
• Inform customer regarding completion time, changes and updates of the machines in service
  
• Coordinate pick up of machines with customers and arrange logistics if necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and ability will be accepted
  
• Knowledge of basics of mobile hydraulics and electrics, components, their maintenance and repair
  
• Able to manage multiple tasks and respect to promised deadlines
  
• Good skills on MS Office, Outlook and familiar to ERP and CRM
  
• Good command in English
  
• Driver’s license
