QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant industry background,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Excellent MS Office skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Hourly rate definition, calculation and follow-up,
• Analysis of BOM (bill of material) and standard time,
• Follow up of material purchase and stock inventory,
• Capex budgeting and follow-up,
• Follow up of R&D/engineering activities if terms of costs and related hours,
• Follow up of quality indicators and cost of non-quality,
• Monthly operations gross margin review,
• Monthly Actual Cost vs. Budget Analysis,
• Cost Controlling,
• Ensures that cost related issues are properly processed in the system,
• Building bridge between physical production and cost accounting system,
• Participates to the closing, budget and revision processes,
• Preparing business analyses and ad-hoc reports to support decision making,
• Taking active role in budget & forecast studies for product costs,
• Maintains ERP system efficiency for costing issues (Data quality and required system adaptations).
