Human Resources Executive

Amsterdam based fast-growing online medical tourism platform FlyMedi.com is looking for a Human Resources Executive to manage all HR activities in the Istanbul office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

        Ensuring the execution and delivery of all HR activities; recruitment processes, HR data management, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, exit processes

        Building strong partnership with leaders and employees to create a positive employee experience and working environment

        Taking part in HR Projects in partnership with relevant stakeholders

        Updating and implementing HR procedures in line with company policies, standards and guidelines

        Executing other activities such as organizing team building events, office parties, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

        Bachelor's degree preferably from related departments,

        Experienced in a similar position for minimum 2 years, experience in hiring foreign team members in health tourism sector is a big advantage,

        Fluent in English both verbal and written

        Very good knowledge of MS Office applications

        First class communication skills, being proactive and demonstrating a positive and can-do attitude

        Efficient time management and result-orientation skills

        Strategic and analytical thinker and team player

        Demonstrate a strong commitment to personal learning and development
