Senior Controller (Business Unit)

• Bachelor degree from Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial/Management Engineering departments,
• Minimum 5 years of  Reporting and Budgeting experience,
• Good IT skills particularly Excel and Access knowledge,
• Experience with reporting and accounting software such as SAP, SAP-BO and SAP-HANA,
• Very good analytical skills, ability to understand and develop relations between data sets,
• Ability to develop and maintain clear, high quality and well-laid out spreadsheets  and data tables,
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
• Strong attention to detail,
• Clear decision making ability,
• Effective, proactive problem-solving skills,
• Ability to give clear, complete and precise written instructions,

İŞ TANIMI

• Manage regular and ad hoc reporting in Financial Controlling  team,
• Support system improvements as a team member such as implementing a new BI –Tool,
• Analyze and challenge current work processes to identify areas for improvement, suggest improvements,
• Be part of the Finance Decision Support Team, providing financial expertise and analysis across all business units,
• Proactively undertake reconciliations, controls and investigations in order to confirm the integrity, accuracy and validity of financial information and lead on the resolution of problems,
• Providing support to Finance Team especially during month-end reporting, contributing to production of the financial reporting , budget and forecasting packages,
• Reconciliation and allocation calculations as needed, such as category profitability report,
• Support on the technical aspects of the annual budgeting process and the re-budgeting process, including producing templates, following up with budget holders,
• Proactively improve the budget process to increase efficiency and accuracy, in connection with the finance team and respective departments.
