We are seeking a Professional Partnerships Lead to join the Professional Development Center (PDC) team dedicated to enhancing our connections with diverse professional fields and improving our student success.

Job Responsibilities

• Forge and maintain strategic relationships with new and existing professional partners to broaden the university’s network and strengthen collaborative opportunities.
• Plan, organize and manage networking events and professional visits to foster meaningful connections and showcase students' skills and capabilities. 
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to create compelling promotional and educational content highlighting MEF's unique value propositions.
• Support PDC in developing and implementing targeted workshops, seminars, and programs that align with market demands and increase student preparedness for the professional world.
• Utilize social media effectively to enhance the visibility of events, celebrate partnership successes, and communicate critical employment trends, ensuring our messages resonate across all platforms.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.

- Experience in relationship management or business development, with a strong grasp of social media strategies.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in using digital tools, AI, and CRM software.
