We are new funded company based in Istanbul with roots in Europe. Our focus is to build innovative Blockchain related Software. For our journey we are looking for talented highly skilled team members.

For all open positions, English is a must.

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Tester to join our team in Taksim, Istanbul on a full-time basis for 40/h a week.

Your tasks:

• You work in agile teams on our web and mobile products and ensure a high quality of our software
• You plan and lead our release tests
• You test product changes for correct functionality under various conditions against pre-defined acceptance criteria
• You are responsible for the reproduction of reported bugs and document the exact steps for reproduction
• You communicate with our customers to analyze and fix bugs, as well as internally with all stakeholders (engineers, support managers, etc.)
• You are responsible for the continuous improvement of an efficient QA process
• You will guide and develop less experienced software testers

Your profile should look like the following:

• You have at least three years of experience as a software tester in an agile development environment and are familiar with both web and mobile applications
• You enjoy communicating with customers and are comfortable communicating verbally and in writing in both German and English
• You have strong initiative and excellent analytical skills
• You feel comfortable in an environment with high complexity
• You have a talent for accurately identifying problems by systematically eliminating possible causes. Problem solving is one of your strengths
• You are interested in state-of-the-art technology
• You have the ability to report and track product issues in a clean and understandable manner

Bonus: You are able to read and write automated tests in various programming languages (Rails, Vue, Swift, Kotlin)
