Bodybuilder Management Specialist

• Degree in economics, international business, business informatics or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the automotive environment with extensive knowledge of Mercedes-Benz Van products
• Very good technical understanding for automotive
• Experience with bodybuilders is a plus
• Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Strong MS Office skills
• Proficiency in English
• Other foreign languages are desirable
• High analytical and conceptual competence
• Strong customer and sales orientation
• Strong presentation skills and excellent communication skills with diverse interlocutors
• Strong initiative and ability to work in a team
• High decision making and problem solving ability
• High flexibility and willingness to travel

In the Mercedes-Benz Otomotiv Van Unit, we support bodybuilders to build solutions like ambulances, tourism and school buses etc., with a base of our Sprinter and Vito vehicles.

The main objective of this role is to support the process with technical product and guideline knowledge.

• Fostering relationships and cooperation with bodybuilders by executing on-site visits, technical discussions and meetings
• Planning and organizing bodybuilder events and meetings
• Supporting the Marketing team by ensuring the completeness and suitability of marketing campaigns in terms of customer benefit argumentation, product information and technical data
• Ensuring that the comprehensive product information and qualification is provided to internal and external stakeholders
• Close coordination with internal & external stakeholders on bodybuilder product lifecycle management topics, product positioning, homologation topics & product launches
• Coordination of Van partner processes of bodybuilders
