QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualification
•Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or similar disciplines.
•Wide knowledge and experience in chemistry is an asset,
•Knowledge of the coating&painting process and system technology,
•Fluent in English and/or German, (German is an asset)
•High social skills, ability to work in a team, communication,
•Capable to work with international and local teams,
•Advanced analytical thinking and problem solving capabilities,
•Ability to work independently, high level of commitment and flexibility
•No restriction to travel abroad.

Job Description

•Design of concepts and processes, prepare, carry out and evaluate measurements and tests.
•Systematically analyze problems, suggest measures, coordinate implementation, success control.
•Taking samples from the baths and analyze systemically in Lab.
•Development of preventive strategies for stable application processes.
•Support and implementation of qualification measures,
•Analyze quality defects and take the necessary measures to be able to meet the quality standards,
•Improvement of the production process through TOS,
•Training of employees.
