• University degree in engineering
• Min. 3 years of experience in customer services or in similar areas,
• Good command of written/spoken English and/or German,
• Excellent analytical thinkingskills, business focused approach,
• Exellent communication and coordination skills,
• Ability of taking full responsibility and working independently,
• Ability to adapt flexible working hours

İŞ TANIMI

• Managing all maintenance and repair services and spare part organization of MBT retail workshops in public customers’ depot(garage) locations with a team consisting 4 employees, 6 foremen and130 blue colar technicians,
• Determining the number of technicians to be located in each worshop and organizing the shifts to provide max. productivity,
• Performing the repair and maintenance services of the buses successfully in ordert o fulfill the tender requirements and minimize penalty,
• Finding optimized solutions in order to decrease the repair and maintenance cost,
• Co-ordinating spare part order process and optimizing the depot stock in order to fulfill workshop requirements and avoid dead stock,
• Following-up the buses with repeated damages and taking necessary measures,
• Being creative in finding effective and low cost technical solutions to specific problems.
