Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in one or a combination of Electrical, Electronics or Control/Automation engineering fields, MBA is preferred
• Expertise in industrial automation software and hardware, especially Siemens automation systems
• Excellent English skills in speaking, writing and reading
• At least 3 years of experience in industrial automation, knowledge of IT systems is preferred
• Production maintenance experience is preferred
• Knowledge on IT systems and networks is required
• Analytical thinking, high problem solving capability, solution oriented, high communication skills
• No travel restriction for domestic or international travels

Job Description

• Coordinate electrical/automation maintenance and troubleshooting activities within the scope of machinery maintenance
• Support on-site troubleshooting efforts in high-level technical issues, providing solutions to complex problems encountered in production machineries
• Participate IoT, MES and other OT/IT interaction projects across the facility
• Actively participate, coordinate «Daimler Global Information Security Concept» within the scope of production machineries 
• Supporting investment and process planning departments regarding making electrical/automation technical decisions, IoT projects
• Maintaining production related IT systems, asset management, patching, backup and recovery management,
• Leading technicians in the context of personal and technical development
