QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University Degree in Business Administration, Industrial/Management Engineering, Mathematics
- Work experience in controlling/finance area preferable
- Knowledge and experience of SAP CO preferable
- Fluent English, social competence & teamwork ability
- High analytical skills, structured way of thinking and working, coordination skills
- Capability to cope with tight deadlines and adaptive to flexible working hours
- Management of fixed cost operative planning actual/forecast for total MBT in P&L structure as well as in functions and business units break-down; overall planning and forecasting for overheads incl. fixed and variable cost and depreciation
- Management the cost allocation structure and methodology for all business units; ensure correct transformation of overhead budget to variable and fixed cost positions in P&L by key management considering functional break-down
- Coordination and transparency on fixed cost drivers in terms of FX development, inflation, HC, budget and funding targets and guidelines
- Coordination of personnel expenses planning, provide/align main premises with HR
- Functional Controlling:Budget planning, monitoring, analysis, plan/actual reporting of MBT internal incl. BoM, Daimler Trucks and EvoBus, contribution to efficiency projects, rate calculations of G&A and S&M departments
- Deviation analysis, cost transition, analysis between financial periods
