Our Company was established in 2001 and for 21 years of successful work passed the way from a regional scrap metal processor to the Russian largest independent metallurgic vertically-integrated corporation. Company dominate in the volume of procurement and processing of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap in the Russian Federation and the CIS countries.

In recent years, the Holding has significantly expanded the scope of its business interests by acquiring and constructing 9 metallurgical plants across the country, which use the ferrous and non-ferrous scrap as the main raw material.

The business scope is demonstrated by the global presence map: 22 regions in Russia and the CIS countries and a staff of more than 15000 people. Each year, the Holding increases its procurement volumes, opens new branches and pick-up sections, improves technologies and expands the range of products.

We are looking for a Director in our Turkish office in Istanbul (Maslak)

Qualifications:

•          Min. 5 years experience in import/export operations

•          Min. 5 years experience in a managerial function

•          Good command of written and spoken Russian and English

•          Thorough knowledge on Turkish export and import legislation, import and export documentation, procedures and customs regulations

•          Strong relationship building and negotiation skills and ability

•          Strong people management skills, experience in mentoring and developing team

•          Self-disciplined & ability to work to tight deadlines

Responsibilities

Process export orders for our international customers

Manages operations and administers the import, export, and distribution of a company's goods; implements trade agreement programs; and maintains internal controls.

Oversees handling of and ensures safe delivery of all goods to various geographical locations. Analyzes the best means of transport for all products, and designs cost-effective transportation methods as per customer requirement in coordination with upper management.

Constructs a close team of highly qualified employees.

Collaborates and provides training to company employees for all import and export processes.

Performs all internal and external audits and performs required prior disclosures for all processes.

Adheres to all standards for import and export goods and establishes all targets and streamline processes to incorporate all government regulations.
