Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Vocational School degree Experience in a similar position is an asset 
• Good command of written and spoken English (plus another European language is an asset) 
• Solution-oriented, team player 
• Strong communication and analytical skills 
• Flexible and able to work various shifts if required 
• Complete military service or postponed for at least two years (for male candidates)
  

• Preventing loss transactions by using Metcase, Metflow and MSTR report effectively 

• Checking and taking actions on the loss notifications received from in-house operation systems

• Cancelling or selling all the loss transactions (refundable and non-refundable) 

• In order to have cancellations free of charge, negotiating with providers and hotels and minimizing loss after cancelling non-refundable bookings 

• Minimizing loss amount and ratio • Detect the errors and assign the issues to the related department 

• Increase the recovery rate to maximum levels. (Cancel, amend or sale).
