İŞ TANIMI

HR Senior Specialist will be responsible for recruitment (especially for sales teams), organizing trainings by analyzing training needs with other departments and following up training evaluation surveys, orientation and internal communication activities.

• Managing recruitment portals and systems
• Closing vacant positions in coordination with related HR Business Partners by following up every step of recruitment process (job ads, CV screening, interview organizations, ref. check, job offers etc.)
• Managing campus activities
• Organizing orientation programs for newcomers
• Organizing trainings by identifying training needs, reporting training evaluation survey results, taking necessary actions according to feedbacks, keeping training records and following up training budget
• Preparing monthly training reports and taking necessary actions to increase training hours
• Providing necessary trainings within the scope of her/his expertise
• Preparing and making presentations
• Supporting HR Business Partners and other HR processes
• Organizing internal communication activities
