•  Bachelor's degree in computer science, industrial engineering, business, system analysis with related business discipline experience
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English
• Minimum 4 years of experience in related area
• Hands-on experience with process improvement, modeling, analysis and simulation tools
• Business domain experience in the process areas being supported
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, including great presentations.
• Ability to work within high-performing virtual teams and highly collaborative
• Builds excellent relationships with key internal and external customers based on trust and confidence
• The ability to translate business goals and metrics into business process outcomes and related business cases for specific projects

Job Description

• Analyze and enhance existing process maps and designs new processes with the related process owners,
• Improve processes and pursue corrective and preventive actions,
• Define, measure and follow process performance indicators periodically, solve problems, increase efficiency & service quality,
• According to continuous improvement and lean management approach conduct quality management activities,
• Support documentation of processes (workflow diagram, procedure, working instructions etc.) works,
• Make workload analysis; list all transactions of the function, measure and calculation of FTE,
• If there is a system development need for the improvement of the processes;
• Support for preparation of the scope document
• Add workflow diagram to scope document
• Assess MetLife IT analysis document according to process viewpoint
• Authorization Management ; assess authorization request comes through Service Desk, if appropriate forward to MetLife IT department for system definition,
• According to MetLife Head Office direction take action or ensure taking action for Business Continuity & Crisis Management for MetLife Turkey.
• Implement data governance requirements according to MetLife Region direction
• Support all departments about RPA (Robotic Process Automation) maintenance & developments
