Quality and E-Services Support Coordinator

MIAVIT is an international company with its headquarters in Essen (Oldb.), Germany. With almost 450 employees worldwide, we are a producer of premixes and specialty products primarily for animal nutrition, distributing to more than 90 countries. For expansion of our team in Izmir/Türkiye we need at the earliest possible date a: Quality and E-Services Support Coordinator in the Quality Department.

This position is the key administrative function for our factory (Kemlapaşa/İzmir) feed safety, quality management systems and coordination of our E-Services (NIR,Mycotoxin analyses, etc.).

Your Tasks:

• Responsibility for managing document and record systems and ensuring compliance of our feed safety management systems to FAMI-QS and FSSC 22000
• Provide expert technical assistance for our E-Services (NIR, Mycotoxin analyses, etc.)
• Conduct laboratory tests on feed raw materials
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of test results
• Visiting customers, trade fairs and scientific events
• Working proactively within a multidisciplinary team, including liaison with matrix team members globally

Your Profile:

• Graduated from a related Study (Bachelor or M.Sc.)
• Min. 2 years’ experience in a related job
• Have a good command of English
• Be aiming for a career in animal nutrition
• Have strong analytical and planning skills
• Have strong inter-personal and communication skills
• Be eager to learn and develop
• Enthusiasm for research
• No military obligation for male candidates
