Our client is one of the leading construction systems manufacturers in solar market. For their future development plans, we're looking for:
"BID & PROJECT MANAGER"
Directly reporting to Head of International Sales, our candidate will be responsible for:
- Planning and leading all tender/bid/qualification activities via coordinating with Sales, Cost, Production and Design departments,
- Coordinating before and after sales process for each project with Factory for successful project completion at client sites,
- Communicating with the clients to define and meet their expectations during the tender process,
- Providing proactive solutions both at the bidding and after sales process to meet the Client's requests meeting the target price,
- Analyzing after sales project management costs and reporting if the project is completed within the target budget,
- Providing back-office sales support to improve the project sales portfolio.
Our successful candidate will have the following skills and experiences:
Bachelor's degrees from Engineering departments,
4 to 8 years of career experience within tender, bidding, sales support functions is a must,
Project sales and contract management know how is a great plus,
Strong analytical and communication skills,
Customer and result oriented,
Experience / Willingness in flexible working conditions,
Good level of self-motivation,
Fluency in English is a must, additional language is preferred.
