Lead and execute product development projects in a consumer-oriented, materials and manufacturing-driven environment (e.g. processing and converting technologies, coating and functionalization of materials).
Plan and conduct trials at laboratory, pilot, and industrial scale.
Prepare reports and document R&D activities for senior management.
Foster collaboration between central and cross-regional R&D teams across the organization.
Collaborate with R&D teams across different business units.
Build and maintain effective communication with external stakeholders such as:
- Research institutes
- Universities
- Customers
- Suppliers
