QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for IT Service Administrator for Mikrolink,one ofAçık Group companies.Mikrolink is aSystem Integrator Company which carries out turn-keyTelecom &Tetra project salsoprovides products and services in the field of cyber security. 

Qualifications 

·  Relevant university degree,

·  Fluent in English (written and spoken),

·  At least 5 years professional experience as IT administrator/IT network/server administrator,

·  Good hardware knowledge (clients and server), mail and database servers, several years  experience in handling VPN systems and operating systems, sound network knowledge (LAN/WAN/Routing/Switching), know-how in the area of IT security architecture (configuration, operation, support),

· Can adapt to a wide variety of challenges and independently develop problem-solving approaches,

· Class B driver's license and willingness to travel, including internationally.

Job Description

· Concept development, project planning, installation and support of IT products in the customer network,

· Processing of all IT-relevant questions in the hardware and software area at our partners/customers, on site or remotely,

·  Recording of the network conditions at the customer's site. Recording of the customer's network with its specification,

· Concept development for the implementation of the IT solution in the customer environment Installation as well as instruction and support,

· Deadline monitoring of all current processes Installation and administration of client/server systems solutions as well as network components at the partner/customer's site or remotely,

· Telephone support for hardware and software problems of our partners/customers,

· Tests of development stages of our products in a team.
