Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Logistics or International Trade and Logistics or Engineering (Industrial Engineering is preferred) 
• Having a good command of written and spoken English is a must (second language as Korean is a bonus)
• 2+ years of experience in Logistics, Inventory, Material Management (automotive field is bonus)
• Solid understanding of supply chain and inventory management systems
• Having a good skills of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Strong problem solving and time management skills
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Having driving license
• Military service is fulfilled for male candidates
• Resident in Izmit or able to reside in Kocaeli region. 

Job Description      

• Determining the required materials and generating purchase orders.
• Communicating with suppliers, placing orders and follow up raw materials accordingly material requirement plan.
• Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production
• Managing warehouse operations; Material incoming and production line feeding processes.
• Method studies about JIS line feeding, calculating standard time and balancing manpower. 
• Setting warehouse management procedures, rules, work instructions and work flows.
• Budget Planning and managing for annual investment budgets 
• Purchasing all of the Logistics equipment's (Forklift, RT etc) and managing maintenance operations.
• Planning Logistics & Warehouse Lay Out Plans for the new projects.
• Managing inventory counting, production plan changes, and cancellations
• Preparing cost estimates and monthly KPI reports and monthly closing processes.
• Recommend solutions for cost saving practices to reduce all types of waste and increase efficiency
