We are looking for an ambitious Marketing Communications Team Lead who likes to follow the latest trends and would be eager to create an impact in his/her field.

What we expect from you:

• Lead the global online marketing campaigns & promotion executions.

• Drive creativity & innovation through online campaign executions.

• Develop a full understanding of marketing ecosystem (marketing plans, campaign plans, social media, digital marketing, CRM etc.), tools and key levers to activate them.

• Provide assistance in the analysis of data from key campaigns to then create, share & grow best practice scenarios.

• Exploit and monitor key KPI's (sales, engagement, conversion, traffic, share of visibility, etc.).

• Turn insights into customized action plans for all parties based on analytics. identify trends and opportunities.

• Align action plans with key stakeholders locally and regionally.

• Coordinate action plan execution with anticipation across all stakeholders internally and externally.

• Coordinate and assist in creating and curating content across all channels. (Marketing assets, Campaign KVs, Banners, Social Media Content, CRM content, Copywriting, Visual assets…)

• Monitor on a daily basis your KPI’s for successful implementation and fast corrective actions.

• Communicate effectively and clearly to all key stakeholders (internally/externally).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams – from creative, content, copywriting, sales, IT and production to all marketing, logistics, finance and legal teams.

• Obtaining necessary consent and providing final approval on all marketing collateral, products and promotions.

• Develop schedules and maintain deadlines in a fast-moving, global e-commerce environment.

• Evaluate success of campaigns when completed. Deliver weekly and monthly marketing reports.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration or a related field

• Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in 360 degrees marketing, gained from working in e-Commerce, Global Retail, or Fashion would be preferred.

• Proficient in data-driven digital marketing & media background, familiar with major e-commerce or retail platforms, demonstrated expertise conversion optimization.

• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking combined with mastery of supporting tools.

• Proactive, energetic, self-starter with a hands-on approach to the business and result oriented.

• Highly collaborative, solution-driven, and good communication skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that may include public speaking and presentations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

• Excellent command of English (written and verbal) is a must, Turkish language proficiency would be preferred and other languages ( Arabic, German, French) are plus.
