QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Holding Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.),
  • Fluent in English (both verbally and written),
  • Having a good knowledge of Field Sales knowledge,
  • 8+ years of FMCG sales experience,
  • Traditional & National Key Channel Sales background with commercial business and customer execution experience,
  • No travel restriction,
  • B Class driving license,
  • No military obligation for male candidates,
  • Being able to work in every part of Turkey in a mobile status,
  • Having good knowledge about category dynamics,
  • Having a good presentation abilities,
  • Holding required abilities in order to manage a project and establish strong coordination among the team members


İŞ TANIMI

  • Development of trade programs for both MT&TT Channels based on company targets,
  • Creation of promotional mechanisms facilitating implementation of business growing programs,
  • Monitor competitive activities,
  • Assessment of the effectiveness of the promotions,
  • Setting promotional targets (like # of POS, ND improvement etc.),
  • Creation of trade tools used to improve volume, distribution and merchandising / visibility in-store achievements,
  • Management and supervision over trade promotion budget both for MT and TT,
  • Optimising spendings between channels, brands and activities,
  • Cooperation with Marketing and Channels Activation Managers withinCreation of POP materials with Perfect Store team for both MT and TT customers, Development & execution of tailor made promotions for particular MT / KATT customers, Preparation and delivery of activities presentation for off-side Field Force meetings (for quarterly meeting, sales conferences),
  • Creating monthly Sales Force activities and priorities for choclate and biscuits category for MT and TT channels,
  • Gathering all needed documentation of novelties, limited editions, co-packed materials (pictures, price lists, logistics information),
  • Proactively develop and support category leadership initiatives including assortment reviews, planograms, shelf & exhibition strategies, pricing analysis, seasonal reviews and programs,  new item introductions, promotional planning and evaluation, shopper analysis, perfect store: Planning, implementation, follow-up and improvement,
  • Regular MT & TT store visits to·monitor Perfect Sore, other executed activities in the trade, trade environment and competitors,
  • Draw conclusions for possible improvement & innovation,
  • Coaching and development of subordinate Trade Marketing Executives,
  • Lead and coordinate IBP demand planning and commercial planning process in conjunction with Marketing and Sales,
  • Lead the sales team for achieving category target with the right channel mix,
  • Take part in demand process from trade marketing and sales perspective,
  • Coordinates sales and marketing for inputing the “overlay” activity volumes (promotion/NPD) into the demand cycle,
  • Checks product availability with CS&L and solve/flag issues,
  • Collaborates with sales, channel activation and marketing,
  • Inputs to marketing launch volume, launch timing, activity timing, display configuration,
  • Development of launch support plans·
