QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor's degree,

  • Strong business background, especially experince in Traditional Trade in FMCG companies,

  • More than 7 years of Sales experience and at least 5 years of management / supervision experience,

  • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders,

  • Strong problem solving ability ieve revenue targets and other sales KPIs,

  • Competency in MS office,

  • Very good organizational skills, including time management and managing competing priorities,

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,

  • Problem solving skills,

  • For male candidates completion of military service



İŞ TANIMI


 

• Serving to internal and external customers of Mondelez International, in fully comply with Mondelez International rules, regulations and procedures,

• Primarily responsible from its direct reports' performance and need to take actions to develop  teams,

• In the responsible area, taking ownership of bugdet allocation, trade spendings and control of all trade funds with full dedication in comply with Mondelez International rules, regulations,

• Sharing and checking the information regarding the sales representatives' salaries, bonuses, holiday allowances, and other critical information in personel affairs with central teams,

• Collecting information from the field about competitors' new products, activities, etc.,sharing critical information with the managers
