LOOKING FOR A NEW TEAMMATE

 

Actively operating in the Turkish information technology market for 20 years with high-performance gaming computers and accessories, and aiming to become a global technology brand; We are looking for “MARKETPLACE MANAGER” for our Sales Department to get even stronger. Who will be responsible for coordinating and driving the MarketPlace sales and MarketPlace inside sales team in Turkey & UAE & Cyprus. This is a key role who will be works within our matrix organization and manages Marketplace, Inside and Online Sales Teams to deliver against the sales targets and enhance the customer happiness. We manufacture high-performance laptops that can run all applications that require power and performance, especially games. We provide the latest technologies needed by gamers and professionals who work in architecture/graphic design with more affordable prices and stronger hardware configurations in comparison to global brands.

Where are we?

We stand by everyone that wants to have a quality gaming and hardware experience. In addition to our stores in Istanbul, Ankara, and Izmir; we are all around Turkey with our online store and technical support channels. On top of our operations in Cyprus thanks to our store in Nicosia, we are on the verge of expanding to countries like Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Egypt with our operations in Dubai.

Our operations in Europe, on the other hand, are carried out at our store in Alexanderplatz, a square in downtown Berlin. Our Berlin store provides services for all our customers as the largest gaming experience store in Europe.



QUALIFICATIONS


  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for gaming and technology and its use in driving revenue, efficiency, client and employee satisfaction.
  •  Flexibility to accommodate change and thrive amid ambiguity.
  •  Strong prioritization, coordination, and time management skills; you will need to be able to manage multiple tasks, prioritizing and delivering to commitments.
  •  Ability to manage various stakeholder relationships & work collaboratively in matrix organizations.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills – you may be required to present to Senior & C level management. We are data orientated and take action based on validated, well presented data.
  • Desire to grow personally and professionally - a love for learning.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, ability to scale across all levels of an organization.

  • Having fluent level of  both written and spoken English

 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Delivers against ambitious sales targets & KPIs – including on top-line revenue & margin, across multiple product categories, on the Online and Inside Sales.
  •  Manages stock and onsite product availability, ensuring a healthy balance of high-end and mainstream portfolio, to hit revenue & margin targets
  • Plans and manages the on-site promotional activities. Prepare pricing/promotion/go to market with relevant stakeholders.
  • Manages/Develops/Leads the MarketPlace Sales Team for Sales Development and Lead Creation/Pipeline Management.
  • Initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborates with the Marketing team and monitor the execution to ensure each site is correctly positioned, monitor the websites’ quality & hygiene: work with various teams to ensure best in class customer experience.
  • Customer Happiness action plans (optimizations & enhancements).
  • Regulars interlocks with the Marketing team to communicate the promotional activities and jointly decide the best tactics for routes to success.
  • Demonstrates excellent alignment with DPO and internal Communications Team.
  • Reports and monitors sales, key metrics and promotions for weekly meetings.
  • Sets clear team goals, delegate tasks and set deadlines; Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
  • Discovers training needs and provide coaching. Lead by example.
  • Creates an inspiring Team environment with an open communication culture.
