MORAL DENTAL TURKEY is a growing dental clinic committed to delivering an exceptional patient experience. We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist with strong communication skills who can effectively manage and develop our sales and marketing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage our existing patient portfolio, ensure patient satisfaction, and identify new sales opportunities.
• Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to convert leads generated through local and international campaigns into treatment bookings.
• Communicate with prospective patients via phone, WhatsApp, and social media, providing clear information about our services and treatment processes.
• Handle incoming calls professionally and coordinate patient appointments and clinic processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the CRM system, including follow-ups and reporting.
• Monitor and manage appointments through the Clinical Management System.
• Develop effective sales and communication strategies to achieve and exceed assigned targets.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with patients throughout their treatment journey.

Requirements

• An interest in sales and marketing within the healthcare or dental sector.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and representation skills, both over the phone and face-to-face.
• Strong customer follow-up and recall management skills, with a results-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and preferably experience using CRM systems.
• Fluent English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
• Target-oriented, disciplined, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• A professional, positive, and patient-focused approach.
