The leading international travel agency “Meeting Point Turkey” which has operations in 7 different regions in Turkey is looking for a “Contract Manager" in Side region for its dynamic, success-oriented and highly motivated team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Provide the contracts to be signed with the most competitive and appropriate conditions for the tour operators’ needs and the company.
• Ensure all of the updates are made accurately.
• Prepare the related financial and statistical reports and present to the management.
• Providing necessary information of new products, reviewing proposals and evaluating compliance with requirements and regulations
• Maintaining communication in order to ensure timely execution and analysis of related contract documents
• Ensuring that purchasing positioning of the company in markets is aligned with company strategies and long-short term objectives
• Responding all request in accordance with agreed service levels, and to solve problems with suppliers which may occurred

ABOUT YOU

•  Bachelor's degree in business, economics or related field
•  5+ years of experience in similar roles
•  Knowledge of contracting process
•  Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written- in English and as a second language German is preferable
•  Excellent command of Ms Office programs
•  Strong financial, reporting and analytical skills
•  Strong communication skills,
•  Good at stress management,
•  Flexible, result oriented, multi-tasking, dynamic, co-operative, team worker
•  Have experience about Europe and different source markets, hotel contracts and about product and pricing
• Have driving licence and is an active driver
