About the Role

The CFO Office – Data & Automation unit was established to unify multi-source data coming from finance, operations, human resources, CRM, and WFM systems into a holistic structure, improve data quality, and increase the level of automation in financial processes.

This role plays a critical and accelerating part in the CFO office's digitalization strategy. The key focus areas include:

• Multi-system data integration
• Python / SQL / Visual Studio-based automation
• LLM-based explanation engines
• RPA processes
• Unstructured data processing & structuring
• KPI & variance analytics infrastructure
• Data modeling & data quality mechanisms

The analytics and automation infrastructure to be developed within the scope of this role encompasses the following disciplines:

• Big Data & Business Analytics
• Descriptive / Predictive Analytics
• Machine Learning / Statistical Modeling
• Data Mining
• Big Data Technologies (SQL + NoSQL)
• Data Visualization
• Optimization & Process Analytics

Responsibilities

• Integrate data coming from sources such as ERP, HRIS, CRM, WFM, operational logs, and Excel/CSV files.
• Develop data cleaning, transformation, and automated control mechanisms using Python and SQL.
• Create Power BI dashboards for KPIs, project profitability, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Process unstructured data (PDFs, emails, log files, OCR outputs) and convert it into analysis-ready datasets.
• Develop LLM-based financial narrative modules (e.g., automated variance explanations, anomaly justification, automated CFO notes, etc.).
• Reduce manual processes through Python and agentic AI tool-based automations.
• Identify process bottlenecks and design new workflows in collaboration with finance teams.
• Develop data models tailored to the analytical needs of the CFO office, enforcing data validation, quality, consistency, and access standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Management Information Systems (MIS), Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Mathematical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence Engineering, or related analytical/technical disciplines
• Fresh graduate or 1–3 years of experience in data, analytics, automation, technology, or process-oriented roles
• Hands-on experience with SQL or Python
• Proficiency in data cleaning, transformation, and data wrangling processes
• Experience working with Power BI or similar BI tools
• Familiarity with statistical modeling and core ML concepts (regression, classification, clustering, etc.)
• Interest in artificial intelligence tools (LLMs, NLP, automation solutions)
• Proficiency in handling unstructured data
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency (reading, writing, speaking)
• Strong communication skills and a team player mindset
