     Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or Social Sciences,
• At least 2 years of experience in business development in Turkey or abroad
• Familiarity and experience with IFI (International Finance Institutes including World Bank/IFC, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Asian Development Bank (ADB), etc.) commercial and tendering processes for consultancy projects (this qualification is a must!)
• At least 1 years of working experience related to IFI-funded tenders
• At least 1 years of working experience in proposal writing
• Experience in development sectors is preferred 
• Experience in energy sector is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Demonstrate planning and organizational skills
• Strong networking skills
• Result driven, can work under KPI pressure & challenging environment
• Proactive attitude and strong team working spirit

Job Description

• Taking role in business development, relations with the clients, business relations and partnerships
• Preparation of proposals for international IFI and local tenders
• Lead multidisciplinary proposal efforts and RFP responses, which may require inputs from a variety of technical teams
• Crafting value propositions, planning staff resourcing, and coordination
• Strategic marketing and business development activities for consulting and engineering activities in energy sector
