QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Hotel Guide to join our guiding team in  Muğla Dalaman Region ( Marmaris & Fethiye )  and Bodrum Region Türkiye. The role will report to the Head of Guiding and ensure that the requests from the tour operators are answered and will manage the necessary information during the guests' stay.

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Able to cope with ever-changing tasks and long, varied working hours
• A confident and positive personality with the commitment to go beyond to achieve targets
• Working long and varied hours to learn the job and become a local expert
• Strong verbal & written Romanian Language (Russian can be 2. Languages) in Dalaman and Bodrum Regions

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Frontline hotel/airport  reps are required for the busy UK Tourism market based in Dalaman and Bodrum.
• Excellent customer service skills are required, as desired sales ability and applicants must hold a valid driver's license and be proficient drivers
• Applicants should be hardworking, flexible, and ready to take ownership of set targets and objectives
• Excellent standard of Romanian Language and a working knowledge of Android-based functions are essential to be able to perform daily tasks
• Based in Marmaris & Fethiye and Bodrum Regions.
