• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable, top-tier university in Engineering, Statistics, Economics or relevant field, MBA is a plus
• At least 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales and product management experience, at least 2 years with management and P&L ownership experience
• Experience in financial technologies, payment systems, network management is preferred
• Excellent level of written and spoken English is a must, French is a plus
• Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solve problems quickly and communicate clearly
• Leadership skills, including the ability to manage time effectively and handle both internal and external conflicts
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities

• Partner with functional leaders to grow the product, strengthen it and ensure its sustainability
• Ability to manage complex projects across a variety of functional departments
• Development of organizational arrangements, systems, and processes to enable the efficient and effective deployment of resources in line with and supporting the development
• Development and achievement of collective goals with senior managers
• Manage cross-functional teams (IT, Sales & Finance etc.) to deliver successful transactions using KPI’s
• Developing the annual operating plan and financial budgets and implementation of approved budgets and plans for the product
• Development, review, and refinement of the product’s business strategy, and execution of that strategy to obtain a leading position in the marketplace
• Provide high-level strategic and tactical leadership in the organization related to the product
• Strong sales and marketing skills and experience in multiple jurisdictions
