Description and Responsibilities:

• Ensure the development, documentation, implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of quality management systems
• Determine the documentation structure required for our quality management systems and ensure the preparation and approval of documents
• Prepare the internal audit plan, identify training needs to ensure auditor competence, and prepare audit checklists,
• Participate in and ensure the execution of internal audits,
• Contribute to determining and implementing corrective actions for nonconformities identified during audits,
• Identify methods for resolving existing or potential nonconformities, initiate preventive actions, and assist in root cause analysis,
• Review laboratory and inspection capabilities for new products, identify necessary control and measuring tools, and ensure their provision,
• Investigate customer complaints, initiate necessary corrective actions, and follow up on their implementation,
• Analyze customer returns and make product-related decisions,
• Contribute to the development of quality within our supplier community
• Prevent the shipment of non-conforming products to customers, ensure all potential non-conforming products are properly identified and controlled.

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering disciplines such as Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering etc.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management systems within the automotive industry,
• Knowledgeable in APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, and FMEA,
• Familiar with IATF 16949 (ideally Internal Auditor certified) and ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements
• Experienced in internal and external audit processes
• Preferably knowledgeable in Lean manufacturing techniques,
• Strong leadership and team management, analysis and problem-solving skills,
• Advanced level of English proficiency,
• Proficient in MS Office programs.
