QUALIFICATIONS 

·       Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, ( Master’s degree is an asset )

·       Minimum 10 years of EHS and Environment preferably in automotive industry and minimum 5 years of team management experience.

·       Having experience in the manufacturing sector.

·       Mastering the Occupational Health and Safety and the Environment legislation.

·       Having experience in setting up systems and field implementation on issues such as EHS Management Systems, Technical Safety, Trainings, Risk Analysis, Emergency Planning.

·       Having knowledge and experience of OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.

·       Excellent command of English.

JOB DESCRIPTION

·       Follow up the relevant legislation, laws and regulations within the scope of EHS and Environment to create action plans together with the team and to ensure that the necessary actions are taken with all relevant departments,

·       Ensuring that the study performed at work is carried out in accordance with EHS and Environmental Legislation and factory EHS rules,

·       Preparation of all procedures, instructions and other documents related to OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 management systems, ensuring up-to-date monitoring and conducting internal audits and improving their processes,

·       To determine the EHS and environmental effects / risks and hazards of the activities that take place or are planned to take place in the facilities by performing daily routine field checks, and to ensure that the necessary measures are taken,

·       Ensuring control of EHS and Environmental compliance of subcontractor companies and their employees who will work within the factory area,

·       Conducting continuous control of high-risk studies,

·       Planning and organizing awareness-raising activities for field employees to promote occupational health safety and environmental culture,

·       Directing, managing the teams of workplace physicians, EHS and Environmental Specialists affiliated to it.
