QUALIFICATIONS

·Bachelor degree from engineering,

·Minimum 8 years of experience working in HS function of a manufacturing environment,

·A or B Level Occupational Health and Safety Specialist Certificate from Ministry of Labor and Social Security,

·Strong communication, coordination and management skills, leadership skills and analytical approach,

·Having strong problem solving skills and Project Management skills,

·ExcellentOHSAS 18001 & ISO 14001 Management Systems skills,

·Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in English,

·Knowledge of national regulations & international HSE standards

·Knowledge of MS Office programs

·No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

·Develop Health & Safety procedures, programs and systems at our plant,

·Ensuring the application of Health and Safety regulations and rules at all Company functions,

·Organizing, carrying out and tracking the risk assessments,

·To follow-up conformity of the performed activities to the standards and regulations, to commence corrective actions,

·To follow-up developments and legal regulations related to HS, and implement them in the factory,

·To participate internal HS audits, preparing the action plans related with the findings and carry out and follow the corrective actions,

·To improve HS policy according to size a way that it continuously develops HS performance of goals and targets,

·To make any kind of legal and regulatory reporting requirements within the organisation.
