We are looking for a Technical Process Engineer to join our growing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for supports new product introductions, process validation, and manufacturing readiness, while coordinating technical and manufacturing activities to ensure stable and efficient serial production.

What Awaits You in This Role?

• Develop, improve, and standardize manufacturing processes.
• Take an active role in introduction of new product process validation, pilot production, and production ramp-up.
• Taking a Strong Role in Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities focused on safety, quality, time, and cost.  
• Optimize machine and process parameters to improve process stability and production efficiency.
• Support  PFMEA, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions
• Provide  technical support to Production and Develop Practical solutions for process-related problems.
• Work closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, HSE, and other related teams.
• Support production audits and ensure process compliance with quality and safety requirements.
• Prepare, update, and standardize process documentation, work instructions, and manufacturing standards.
• Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for quality, productivity, and cost improvement.
• Manage several technical and improvement activities while maintaining production continuity.
• Contribute to the development of manufacturing know-how and best practices. 
   
  

Who Are We Looking For?

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive continuous improvement mindset.
• Good technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Ability to read basic electronic circuits and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach to technical problems.
• Ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Good planning, organization, follow-up, and ownership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic production environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills with different functions.
• Ability to work effectively with Production, Engineering, Quality, and HSE teams.
• Ability to balance quality, safety, productivity, cost, and production targets.
• Ability to adapt to changing production conditions and urgent technical issues.
• Willingness to take responsibility for process validation, improvement projects, and new product activities.
• Advanced level of English
