For this purpose, the company is about to move up to a new dimension by expanding from Skincare to Human Care (health, beauty & wellness).

We are looking for a Senior Assistant Brand Manager to work in NAOS Turkey Office (Western Europe Zone HQ) located in Maslak, Istanbul.

Reports to Brand Manager, working with Marketing Assistant and Marketing Intern

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of the Brand Marketing Plan both on Pharmacy Channel, Aesthetic Market/Medical Channel, E-Commerce by developing an understanding of the drivers of brand growth and brand health and identifying key opportunities
• Establishing business objectives and brand strategies along with global business plan according to these analyses.
• Managing Budget, Product Portfolio and P&L.
• Managing social media and digital media channels with both internal & external partners
• Managing PR activities and Influencer Advocacy Management
• Organizing events & campaigns in line with marketing plan online & offline
• Analyzing and reporting monthly, quarterly and yearly Brand Performance and Competitors
• Being aware of skincare, cosmetics, luxury, aesthetic market trends locally & globally

Essential Business Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, engineering, or a related field
• BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field is an asset
• Minimum 2 years (up to 4 years) of work experience in marketing (preferably in the FMCG, Cosmetics, Luxury Cosmetics, Health)
• Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
• Excellent command of written and verbal English, French is an asset
• Experience in Project Management is a plus
• Strong presentation skills
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and managed care environments is a plus
