Qualifications

- Higher Secondary education

- English – NATO Standard Language Proficiency 3333.

- Understanding of basic Software Solutions, Networks, Management and Tasker Tracking Systems.

- International Organization background is preferred.

- Work based Experience in Microsoft tools. (XLS, word, SharePoint, PowerPoint)

- Multitasking and result oriented attitude.

- Courtesy - tact – diplomacy – mental alertness.

Job Description

- Operationalize the task staffing process across the Headquarters.

- Quality assure Staff product received from the Divisions for distribution to the Command Group.

- Receives, distributes and routes all incoming correspondence to the appropriate branch

- Receives, controls, distributes, files and disposes classified material.

- Write the minutes of CG Meetings.

Contract and Duration of Employment

Initial contract for a period of 6 months, possibility of 6 months extension.
