For our plant in Turkey we are searching for a

Administrative Staff (m/f/d)

• Are you enthusiastic about a job with the following content?
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• System maintenance of portals and management of secretariat.
• Accounting activities (orders, mailing of incoming and outgoing goods, complaints, etc.)
• Center job.
• Coordinating appointments and processing all correspondence.
• Deputy general manager.
• Preparation of payroll accounting and transfers.
• So you will inspire us if you bring the following with you:
• Completed vocational training in a recognized commercial profession.
• Relevant work experience.
• SAP knowledge
• Experienced use of MS Office suite.
• Good knowledge of English and preferably German is advantageous.
