Neon Tours, Istanbul; leading inbound Tour Operator and DMC in Turkey seeks multi-talented candidate to join our team as an OperationsManager. 

ABOUT THE POSITION: 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, well organized, willing to learnOperationsManagerwho will plan Travel Operations. 
 

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: 

• To implement the Operations unit business plan in order to achieve turnover, business and efficiency targets. 

• To fully implement theOperations  Unit processes and workflow. 

• Answering requests from tour operators and direct customers by e-mail or telephone. 

• Making reservations for confirmed bookings (Hotel, Vehicle, Flight Ticket,Gulet, Balloon, Helicopter etc.). 

• Sending the proforma of the confirmed tours to the tour operators and forwarding the necessary vouchers. 

• By controlling tours and transfers; contacting customers for missing information. 

• Notifying the guests of the pick-up time for tours and transfers and sending plane tickets, sending job lists to tour guides and drivers. 

• Preparing proposals for fit requests, making and following all kinds of correspondence required for the operation of the confirmed offers, making and following up the reservations of services such as restaurant, vehicle, plane, boat tour. 

• Receiving quotations from suppliers when necessary. 

• Organizing the operation lists and sending them to the tour guides. 

 
REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE: 

• 3+ years of experience in leisure travel arrangements and operations.  

• Fluency in English is a must 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 

• Strong organizational and communication skills 

• Strong ability to multitask 

• Comfort working with multiple groups within business 

• Well organized and use time efficiently, 

• Bright, intelligent, and a quick-thinker,
