Sales Supervisor

We are currently looking for a Sales Supervisor to join our  Nestlé Professional team.

Main Responsibilities;

• Achieve agreed targets/KPIs (NPS, KG, SYNS(active outlet number), machine efficiency, priority channel growth, I&R product performance, Opportunity and WIN, Dropsize, Lead response time etc) with well controlled spendings (TTS, PMFE etc), based on responsiblity area.
• Increase sales representatives efficiency by Coaching, motivating and improving sales capabilities
• Customer Lifecycle management : ensure positive experience by managing customer lifecycle inline with the KPIs (lead response time, customer satisfaction) Grow and retain priority customers.
• Execution of the integrated business planing for responsible territory; flawless implementation of monthly central activities, new listings, execution of channel and category plan, coordination of brand executions and POS standards in priority channel.
• Manage terms and conditions at distributor / operator / vendor /customer level to ensure 100% compliance as per agreement

Qualifications required for this position are as follows;

• Minimum 2 years in marketing or sales,preferably in Out of Home and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead people
• Capacity to understands all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer, Field
