We are currently looking for a Senior Factory Costing Analyst to join ourBalıkesir Factory team.

Location: Balıkesir

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Senior Factory Costing Analyst, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Seek and support cost improvement opportunities; participate in projects to ensure savings are accurately tracked.
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly variances; analyze and ensure data accuracy by following up with stakeholders.
• Review and validate factory reporting; ensure compliance with Nestlé financial policies and accounting standards in closing reports.
• Perform financial simulations, product costing, and CAPEX (Capital Expenditures) evaluations as required.
• Coordinate inputs for budgeting, capacity runs, and dynamic forecasts; actively participate in standard cost budget calculations.
• Follow costing guidelines when generating financial documents.
• Prepare and analyze financial KPI (Key Performance Indicator) data; communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Conduct routine audit activities within the factory to ensure compliance; appropriately escalate business risks.

Which profile are we looking for?

• Formal financial qualification (or currently studying) - University degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting or Costing, ideally within a factory.
• Excellent command of English.
• Experience with SAP FI-CO modules and Power BI.
• Living in Balıkesir or willing to relocate to Balıkesir.
