Supply Planner

We are currently looking for a Supply Planner to join our Supply Chain Team, who will mainly be responsible for building production plans respecting the agreed level of available capacity to ensure that finished and semi-finished goods are available with high freshness, at the right stock location to meet customer demand whilst minimizing cost.

• Bachelors degree
• At least 2-3 years of experience in production planning in SAP
• Process and product lifecycle knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of factory operations, and basic finance
• APO SNP, PP/DS, CAPEX

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Establish an 18 month production plan for the factories within their responsibility (including sub/contracting factories where within scope of role)
• Create a feasible production plan that respects capacity defined (available capacity)
• Establish Committed Capacity, including timing proposals for plant shutdowns, investments etc.
• Identify possible opportunities and efficiency improvements in collaboration with the factory within the 18 month horizon
• Ensure stock availability in all dc's actively support DRP processes
• Actively support the Strategic Volume Planning process (i.e. Capex Planning)
• Provide PV Allocations to IP
• Collaborate with IMS planner to ensure import semi finished goods coverage is supporting corresponding production plan
