QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

  • University degree preferably from Electronics, Telecommunications or Computer Engineering departments,
  • Min. 6 years experience in Telecommunication Engineering.
  • Good command of English (valid TOEFL or IELTS test scores will be considered as a plus)
  • Knowledge on Networks including IMS, SoftSwitch, SBC, GW, Switch Systems, PRI, PBX etc.
  • Knowledge on Voice Protocols including SIP, Diameter, H.248, SS7, SIGTRAN, ISDN, Q931 etc.
  • Linux and Windows Server operating system knowledge and administration experience (at least 3 years)
  • Preferably having Virtualization experience (VmWare, Redhat, Openstack...ext),
  • Preferably having a valid network certification (CCNA, CCNP, Huawei ext.)
  • Excellent knowladge on troubleshooting, wireshark, taking trace and investigate experience (at least 3 years)
  • Good analytical skills and being eager to develop and take on responsibility,
  • Aiming for continuous improvement and highly motivated,
  • Follow customer SLAs and KPIs to achieve customer satisfaction,
  • Strong communication skills both at an individual and team level,
  • Experience with Microsoft office tools,
  • Ability to prepare comprehensive reports and present ideas clearly and concisely in written and oral form,
  • We are looking for 2 candidates, Ankara and Istanbul.
  • No restriction for both national and international occasional travel,

Job Description:

To provide technical support to telecommunications customers by using effective decision making and problem solving skills. This is a direct customer liaison role interacting and communicating with customer and other internal teams to ensure that customers get the best performance and value from the equipment they buy from company with a proper support.

  • Working closely with customers in order to provide customer oriented technical solutions.
  • Collaboration with software engineering team in order to reflect the customer software issues from customer and technical perspective.
  • Identify and resolve application and platform related configuration, software issues reported from Customer sites.
  • Providing 7/24 customer support for very urgent issues based on a team schedule.
  • Reporting the investigation results based on the deadline informed to worldwide customers.
