The Profile We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations and Labor Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Sociology or other related field
• At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources as a Business Partner or Generalist
• No restrictions to travel across Turkey
• Good command of English
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment

• Execution of an end-to-end hiring process
• Visiting sites for one-on-one meetings with team leaders and employees
• Driving positive employee relations
• Operating OKR meetings
• Preparing HR related reports
• Understanding and aligning with business needs, teaming up with business functions perfectly
• Supporting internal communication for a healthy flow of information within the company
• Conducting the orientation program for new members of the team
