Nitto Bento Bantçılık San. ve Tic. A.Ş is a wholly owned subsidiary of Japan's listed leading diversified materials manufacturer Nitto. We are currently accepting applications for our plant in Esenyurt / Istanbul where we produce and market closure tapes & frontal tapes for baby and adult diapers, wet wipes, as well as packaging tapes, protective tapes for window profile, external facade panels, aluminum and steel plates sectors.

We are looking for Customer Service Specialist who will be responsible for hygiene products sales activities (baby diapers parts like elastic ear, frontal tape)

This position will be reporting to Sales Director. 

QUALIFICATIONS

- Graduated from related departments of prominent universities.

- Minimum 2 years direct exports sales experience

- Having hygiene products sales experience will be great asset.

- Fluent English speaking is a must.

- Knowledge of Foreign Trade Policy

- Ready to travel domestically and internationally.

- Good knowledge of MS Office,

- No military obligation for male candidates.

- Excellent communication and outstanding leadership skills.

- Detail oriented  with profound time management and planning skills

JOB DESCRIPTION

-  Design and keep active relations with key customers to build sales activity,

- Manage the current customers and increase turnover,

- Ensure profitable volume growth in line with company strategies in the region,

- Prepare the necessary documents for export operations,

- Manage the budget,

- Maintain and improve customer satisfaction,

- Join to exhibitions and represent the Company,

- Develop and implement effective strategic plans to increase sales,

- Take an active role in solution process of customer complaints,

- Continuous analyze of sales statistics and market trends to see business opportunities,

- Work in coordination with logistics, custom office and finance department
