At our Antalya plant in Turkey, we focus on the production of high-quality components used in dialysis therapy, including bloodlines, tubing systems, and accessories. With a dedicated team of 1,600 employees, our facility utilizes advanced technologies such as bloodline assembly, automated sub-assembly, extrusion, injection molding, and ETO sterilization. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

·        Bachelor’s degree from Engineering Departments (Electric/Electronic/Mechatronic/Mechanical Engineering),

·        Minimum 10 years of business experience in production plants with 5 years of experience in team management both blue-collar and white-collar,

·        Having professional experience Automotive / Food&Beverage / Medical device manufacturing / FMCG / White goods production / Electronics Manufacturing,
·        Having project management experience,
·        Proficient in MS office and relevant engineering programs,
·        Excellent command of English, both oral and written,
·        Having work experience in good manufacturing practice(GMP) environment,
·        Preferably having work experience with international teams,
·        Knowledge of Lean production(Lean, 6 Sigma, TPM, WCM) will be asset,
·        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, experience in interact effectively with all levels of management,
·        Ability to build team environment and create collaboration between the team,
·        Ability to take initiatives, guide people and evaluate risks,
·        Working according to company core values and compliance rules,
·        Having problem skills with analytic approach,
·        Living in Antalya or willing to relocate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Manage and monitor automated production assembly lines,

·        Manage and monitor Production Quality and Production Efficiency KPI’s,

·        Manage and monitor commission and validation of the automation machines,
·        Be responsible for refining and improving lines to increase overall equipment efficiency(OEE),
·        Be responsible for finding, diagnosing and eliminating faults,

.        Proficient in industrial communication infrastructures (Profinet, Industrial Ethernet, Profibus, Canbus, etc.),  

.        Knowledgeable about industrial automation instruments (Robots -Epson-, Drives, Cameras -Cognex / Keyence-, barcode readers, sensors, encoders, etc.),  

.        Experienced with servo motors and drives (Siemens, Schneider, etc.),  

.        Knowledgeable about pneumatic systems (Festo, SMC, etc.) and mechanical motion drive/transmission components (THK, Bosch Rexroth, Autorotor, RNA, etc.),  

.        Experienced in PLC Control Systems (Siemens -Step 7, TIA, Simotion- , Schneider -Drive SoMove, SoMachine, Vijeo Designer- , etc.).

.        Experienced camera vision systems, in particularly, InSight explorer, Keyence IV navigator,

.        Experienced in laser welding system,

·        Accountable for the effective and timely implementation, monitoring and closure of the assigned NC/CAPA activities,
·        Investigate root cause analysis for problems and organize value added solutions between departments
