Qualifications

•             Master graduated or undergraduate preferable mechanical/industrial engineering,

•             2-5 years of CAE experience in automotive industry

•             Deep technical &  theoretical knowledge about rheology and  static, dynamic, nonlinear CAEs. Undergraduate and or graduate thesis about CAE can be plus.

•             Moldflow or Hyper works software knowledge, plastic part design and/ or mould design experience would be a plus

•             Easy in both written and spoken English. French would be a plus

•             Positive attitude, transparency and teamworking behavior

•             Strong PC skill to use MS Office Programs,

•             Preferably residing in (or nearby) Kocaeli and Istanbul Asia side,

•             Military obligations completed

Job definition and main activities

•             Directly attached to the TC manager, perform simulations for local or remote projects

•             Being an active member of the Core R&D team by supporting internal innovations projects.

•             Based on CAE results, analyse and propose product modifications in order to be compliant with specifications.

•             Manage external subcontracting activities like meshing

•             Attend in project design reviews to give the voice from CAE on the product design

•             Improve correlation of simulation with physical test and new methodology ? Participate in testing required for correlation
