HEAD of PROCUREMENT TURKEY

The Head of Procurement Turkeyis responsible for leading theTurkeyProcurement organisation. The role is accountable for driving and implementing the global Procurement strategic goals on country level and successfully managing relevant KPIs in regards to productivity, compliance metrics, processes, customer satisfaction and people development. The role is also responsible for successfully managing and developing relationships with senior stakeholders driving value for their business across the organisation, and with key suppliers on local level to increase value for Novartis, as well as managing and leading the Country Procurement team in a ONE Procurement fashion and developing procurement capabilities and key talents in the organisation. The Head of ProcurementTurkey ensures and manages effective communication in between Procurement functions and stakeholders/suppliers.

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

Drive/Implement Turkey strategic goals from overall Procurement strategy

Manage relationships with senior stakeholders

Manage supplier relationships

Manage Country Procurement team

Ensure effective communication

Ensure Saving and Procurement KIPS ( Payment Term , Compliance and others)

Supplier Innovation , data and digital

Minimum requirements

   University/Advanced degree is required.

                 Bachelor degree required in Business, Organization development or similar; Master’s degree preferred.

                 Additional qualifications (CIPS, Project Management, etc.) or similar professional qualifications preferred.

   5-10 years of procurement experience in large multinational organization.

   2-3 years of experience in managing people and team in an international environment.

                 Experience in change management and leading through change.

                Ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders.
