About the department
BAMEAC (Business Area Middle East, Africa and CIS) is responsible for Novo Nordisk’s operations in 75 diverse countries with a combined population of around 1.3 billion people.

From our Business Area office in Istanbul with around 40 colleagues from different nationalities, we guide and provide functional support to affiliate General Managers and more than 1000 colleagues. More than 4 million patients already depend on our medicines and the unmet need for prevention and improved care remains very large across BAMEAC.

Temporary HR Support / Intern – BAMEAC

If yes, you might be the P&O Intern we are looking for! 

This role is based in Istanbul, Turkey, and directly reports to Senior People & Organization Director.

 
The position
We are seeking a motivated student / fresh graduate to support P&O Department and who can work minimum 4 days per week. During your internship, you will get chance to take ownership of a wide variety of tasks:

Supporting HRBP for flawless execution of Business Area office HR processes aligned with local legislation and global initiatives
Preparing announcements regarding P&O policies, updates and office rules
Supporting Hiring and Exit processes by taking home & host P&O actions and by coordinating the relevant parties such as Purchasing, IT, Payroll
Supporting Digital P&O platform execution in the Business Area office
Ensuring timely submission and effectively consolidating P&O agenda related inputs from BAMEAC affiliates
Collaborating with and supporting HRBP on different business processes

 

Qualifications
We are looking for an intern with a strong interest in career in HR field. You are currently studying on your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or another relevant field. Experience from a similar position is a plus but not a requirement. As a person you are intellectually curious, eager to learn, and you are comfortable working independently. It is natural for you to bridge opinions, among other things, by demonstrating good cultural understanding and stakeholder management. You are expected to have a great understanding of the MS Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and to master English, verbally as well as in writing.
